I'm really nervous. Is that normal?
It is definitely normal to be nervous for your boudoir session, so don't worry. Most of our clients are nervous until the session has gone on for a few minutes. After it starts, you’ll begin to loosen up. If you’re still nervous, try out these relaxation tips we’ve provided: Click here.
How do I know how to pose?
Don’t worry about posing. That's our job! We've totally got you covered in that department. We know all the tricks to create the most flattering angles for you, no matter what shape or size you are.
Do your packages include hair and makeup?
We do offer packages with complimentary hair and makeup by a professional MUA. Click here for our list of session options.
Am I allowed to bring alcohol to my session?
As long as you're over 21, that’s totally fine with us. We do offer beer or wine at your session to help you relax.
Do you provide the wardrobe?
We do have a selection of items, in many different sizes, that you are welcome to use. We recommend that you pick out and bring along outfits that you will feel comfortable in, as well. If you need help choosing an outfit, we can definitely give you some suggestions.
I want share these pictures with my partner, but I don't want loose prints floating around. Any ideas for the best gift?
This is a very common concern and we totally understand. We recommend placing an order for an album This is much more discreet and will keep all of your images in one place and not floating around. We also offer wall art, folios, and accordion albums as well. For more information on these an other products, just ask.
What should I bring to my boudoir session?
For our sessions, we suggest two to three different outfits and any props you may want to incorporate. Need help choosing props? Check out some of our suggestions by clicking here.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend. Please make sure they are over 18, and are positive and respectful of your feelings!
Do you do touch ups?
Yes, we will smooth skin and do basic touchups on all of your portraits, Please let us know if there is anything specific you would like to address.
Is it necessary to have hair and makeup done professionally?
We highly recommend splurging on hair and makeup. To see why, click here.
Can I purchase digital prints?
While we do offer a digital package, the most affordable way to get your images is to purchase an album or print. We know that everyone likes to share their images, so each image used in a product purchase, is also included as a shareable digital file for your personal use.
Should I try for a casual or sexy look?
Every session is different, because every woman is different. Your idea of sexy may be a worn baseball jersey, while another woman may think a corset and thigh-highs are the way to go. Stepping too far out of your comfort zone for a boudoir shoot is probably not the best idea. Being uncomfortable will certainly show in your face and your body. Your wardrobe should make you feel your best, fit well on your body and be reflective of your personal style. The most important suggestion we can offer you is to be yourself!
